Pina Johnson, PCC, is an executive leadership coach and seasoned Dental Practice Administrator with more than 25 years of experience in the dental industry. She previously managed a high-volume, multi-location endodontic practice with 11 doctors and over 40 team members, giving her a deep understanding of the operational, cultural, and human challenges specialty practices face.
Pina completed her coach training at UC Davis and earned the Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential from the International Coaching Federation. She also holds certifications in the Leadership Circle Profile, Group Coaching, and Team Coaching, equipping her to help dental leaders strengthen communication, elevate team performance, and build resilient, high-trust cultures.
A published author and dynamic national speaker, Pina delivers practical, actionable presentations on leadership, work-life integration, and internal marketing—always grounded in real-world experience from the specialty practice environment. She is an active member of the Dental Speaking Consulting Network, Dental Entrepreneur Women, and the International Coaching Federation.
